Q: "What exactly do you do???"
A: We are company that has a few different services to offer in the way of picture editing and designing. We can either edit a picture for you (touch ups, manipulations, color corrections, etc) or we can design straight from scratch a poster/flyer/business card for your band, company, or event. We are fairly inexpensive compared to other companies that offer the same services, but we still deliver results that we hope you will be happy with.
Q: "What if I don't like my picture or poster you did for me?"
A: You don't pay us a penny unless you like our work. We can fix whatever it is that you did not like, or if you wish, we can just terminate the project all together at no hassle to you. We will send you pictures with watermarks on them so you can preview it. The watermarks are to ensure that theft hopefully does not occur.
Q: "Okay, I want a picture/poster done, how do I get you to do it?"
A: just email us your picture and/or ideas for the picture or poster. We will begin work, keep you updated with our progress, and let you see samples of the finished work. When we are done, you will pay us through paypal. It's the safest way to purchase online. We will then release the watermarks off of the picture, and let you download/save the picture to your computer.
Q: "What if I buy the picture/poster that you designed for me, but then decide it's not what I want, or I want my money back?"
A: I cannot refund money because there is no way I can get the picture back from you. If you decide that there is something you missed and do not like, I can fix it for you the first time for free. As of right now though, I cannot give you your money back for the work.
Q: "Do you offer discounts?"
A: ABSOLUTELY! From time to time, I will be having specials and promotions. If you wish to be a part of my email list, you can sign up for that, and through that, you will receive updates on new discounts and promotions! ALSO, of someone that you told about us wants a photo or design done, I will give you, the referrer, a great discount on your next project.
